HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The 32nd annual Cinesol Film Festival is set for Dec. 5 through 7 at Texas Southmost College in Brownsville.

More than 45 independent films, including documentaries, shorts, and features from around the world, will be shown in three days.
